Refund Policy

Generally Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstance after acceptance of application form and admission to the course.

Refunds may be considered (sometimes partially) for:

Medical emergencies

Relocation

Course cancellation by the institute

 

Full refund if cancellation is requested within 1 day after admission.

After that, only partial or no refund may be allowed in acceptable cases.

 

Refund Percentage Rules

Before course starts → 50% refund (after deducting processing fees)

After classes begin (early stage) → Upto 25% refund of full course amount

Mid-course → 10% refund of Total Amount

Late stage → No refund

Students may need to submit:

Refund application form

Fee receipt

ID proof

Supporting documents of the actual reason

 

Refund Processing Time

Usually takes 7–30 working days

Refund is often made via the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, etc.)
